Glowing one (or glowing ghouls) are [[Ghouls|ghouls] that are living conduits for radiation. They have absorbed so much radiation that they actively dispel it. Standing within the glowing radius of a glowing one can cause lots of radiation and can be harmful to humans. They can be either feral (more information of feral ghouls on the ghoul page) or normal. Normal ones often live in seclusion due to the harm they cause to humans. They often get more hate from humans because of their added condition. |
